Meet the Family

Kirk and Melissa met at Woodbury High School over 11 years ago.  She watched Kirk play baseball.  He watched Melissa swim.  They went to prom together. They're high school sweethearts.

When Melissa went off to college at the University of Minnesota, it added another love to Kirk's life - tailgating for Gopher football games.  The key organizers for their group each home game, Kirk and Melissa, along with their families, have become pros at preparing multiple crock pots of food and warm cider and cocoa, and they never forget the shot-ski!

Kirk and Melissa were married in 2009, and they just welcomed a beautiful baby girl on July 18, 2015, Alexa Jo Ingram.

Alexa has become a symbol of life and love, and she will continue to be the light of Kirk and Melissa's life during their journey together.

Lucky for Kirk and Melissa, amazing family is in no short supply.  Together with Kirk's parents (Brian and Theresa) and his siblings (Lucas and Morgan), and Melissa's parents (John and Mary Lee) and her brother (James), they have a special core of people who will be there every step of the way.  Kirk and Melissa also have close extended families, who continue to show their unending love and support.

And of course, there are countless others who are lucky to call Kirk and Melissa, and now Baby Alexa, friends.

This will be an epic journey, together.
